Log in, go to your account page and click on “Memberships”.  On the far right you will see the options available to manage your membership, which includes upgrading, downgrading or cancelling your membership.

Yes. Log in, go to your account page and click on “Memberships”.  On the far right you will see the options available to manage your subscription, which includes upgrading, downgrading or cancelling your membership. By upgrading or downgrading you can increase or decrease the number of user you have in your account.

You can. Each membership must have a unique email associated with it as the master account holder. Master account holders manage staff access to the membership, so for most companies one membership that supports all staff is recommended 

Log in and go to your account page, click on Memberships and then on the far right click on “Account Plans” to upgrade your account to add additional users or to assign a user click on “Sub Accounts”. On the sub accounts you can add a user and send them an email with a link to login and create a password.

If you prefer that the user pays for their own membership, on the sub accounts page there is a web link that you can send via email. When the user goes to the web page and registers their account is automatically added to your membership.

Log in and go to your account page, click on Memberships and then on the far right click on “Sub Accounts”. On the sub accounts page find the user you would like to remove and click on the remove user link next to their name. 

If you no longer need that users sub account you can go back to the memberships page and change your plan to reduce the number of users required 

Log in and go to your account page, click on Memberships. You will see the card expires column the date your current membership renews.

You membership will remain live until the next renewal date. To see your renewal date, log in, go to your account page and click on “Memberships”.  On this page the expire column shows the anniversary date for your membership.

Log in and go to your account page, click on Memberships. You will see the card expiry column, with the option to update your card details. 

You will be sent emails to remind you when your card is about to expire.
